i bought this diver off of Iceblue

    Braun 1000m diver 57_1_110

it was feeling a bit sorry for itself so i bought a new dial and handset from China which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, but they did safely:D
the keyless works was not working in the movement either so i just swapped it for another
when it came to fit it all together the minute hand and second hand was so long they were hitting the case rehaut, a quick snip with nail clippers solved that and it all went together well IMO
this is my idea of a "beater" watch if i was ever to wear one
rough touch and mean looking Wink

That's a rugged looking watch. What are keyless works?

Liking the new dial and handset I also think you picked the right bracelet style as it really suits the case

basically part of the movement that locks the stem in place and allows adjustment of the hands and date, its very easy to disturb it and knock it out of place, easy enough to fix but even easier to put a new movement in that i had hanging around Wink

I've just looked at the pictures of this work on a PC, rather than ipad, it now seems to resemble the Pantor Seahorse in my opinion, which I'm assuming is a much more expensive watch. Good work and thanks for the explanation of the keyless works.
