While there are watches I think are beautiful like the Omega Manhattan Perpetual Calendar it's been the Zenith Futur Time Command that I have always hoped to own one day.

It's a mixture of the design plus the LED technology to display the date / seconds that I love. It's unlikely now but I suppose it's always a possibility "one day" Very Happy

The watch that could possibly end my collecting is an Omega Speedmaster I do not know what it is about the watch that attracts me but it is just my ideal watch , the style , the layout and the colour all attract me

what watch do you really want ? Shopping?q=tbn:ANd9GcSg3PslJOtUMQhqFkXaa5UmFXX6mpAXTlX-j4TRobR5aHlQo0gXy4Yjn_6KnywNjgx9pJRBp3V9&usqp=CAE

I doubt I will ever own one as they are just simply out of my price range .

I would however have a Seiko as they do a chronograph that is very similar to the Omega but I just can not remember the name .... If I can remember I shall put it on here .

nice, i can see the attraction, i sold i time command not long ago which has the same movement, i was scared about how fragile these movements are.
out of interest the electronics in these "swiss " watches are made in Korea Wink

the orange hand follows the 24 hour clock so instead of doing 2 full rotations in 24 hrs it does only one, it can be used to track a different time zone also

The 24hr function is probably of no great use to many of us though I've had a relative who was a long haul air pilot who always found it useful. I would guess that's the market these are aimed at.

The 24 hour function on the Explorer IIs is well designed, as the hour hand clicks an hour at a time rather than being free setting. This means it's really easy to advance your hour hand when you arrive at your new time zone, and refer back to your home or other time on the GMT hand.

Money no object, I'd have one of these:
