So after a really hectic month the watch collection has been reduced by a fair few , the collection consists off

    Seiko doxa homage
    Seiko 7548
    Catier roadster
    Tag heuer Monaco
    Orient Quartz divers
    Tag heuer f1 gulf
    Bell & Ross brs98
    Tissot touch
    G shock rangeman

So after a clear Out I and down to these watches In a few months I may have a chance of a watch that I always said it would be my end game watch but to be able to get it a few more need to go ie

Cartier roadster , Seiko doxa , bell & Ross and poss the tissot touch

I am worried about getting this watch as I really don't won't it to be my end game watch as I love my steady flow of incoming s and outgoing s but what will be will be it wont stop me being a watch lover

Difficult choices and decisions indeed. scratch

Would it not be viable to spend some time buying and selling other watches instead to build the funds?

Once funds were in place could you immediately buy the end game watch or could it take a long time to source? If it was possible to buy immediately I could certainly understand selling a few quickly to enable you to do so.

While an end game watch may be the ultimate purchase I don't think it would in any way stop or affect the pleasure you would have buying / owning other watches in the future. I think that interest and enthusiasm would continue.

Hopefully it will work out for the best and will look forward to any updates on how your getting on. Very Happy

So that's a few months to sell watches so funds are in place for when the end game watch becomes available. Not an easy position to be in but if it's possible getting the watch your hoping to buy may make it all worthwhile. Very Happy

I've got to admit, going by how I admire some of the watches you've got rid of, I'm intrigued as to what your end game watch is. You certainly have owned some nice watches.

If you are to sell a few of your collection for the End game watch are you 100% certain the current owner will sell ? I would hate to see you sell some of your collection for the current owner to change his mind

So to bring this thread up to date I have had a though clear out the remaining watches I have kept ........

Seiko doxa homage (still have it but up for sale ) and the tissot t touch has a problem so that will go

    Seiko 7548
    Tag heuer Monaco
    Orient Quartz divers
    Tag heuer f1 gulf edition
    G shock rangeman

The only problem I am slightly short of my target figure and I'm getting itchy with the funds lol

That is one tough decision to make ,, the list you have they are all good watches and probably hard to replace especially the orient divers .
