What sort of strap is this called then it fits in the lug hole and shoulders out , for life of me I can’t think of it

Lol I'm looking for a strap that say is 20 MM and fits in the lugs and shoulders out to 22 or 24mm a little like the bell and Ross straps but when I do a search all I find is normal straps

i think they may be watch/brand specific so maybe buying a 24 or 26mm and cut down to 22mm for example, either that or you get one made to measure
cousins do some nice straps very cheap that would cut down
