You can never have too many watch pics

I'm interested in how your collection evolved. Did you buy selectively from the outset in terms of specific models and condition & at what point did you decide to focus on Seiko watches? I never realised there were so many models and variations in design.

Wow, Bellmatics are my favourite Seikos, its good to see so many. Also, I'm loving Mr Levity's collection, especially the 55 fathoms mod. Some nice watches in this thread

i have to admire collectors that can stick to a type, i try to then see something else i like..............and we all know what happens

I have been known to get attracted by something non Seiko every now and then

I only have the two ones a keeper and ones is not bonding with the other

Well you see it was like this............

Once upon a time there was an inherited J W Benson and a bloke wot never wore a watch. I decided to try and find something out about the watch and discovered vintage Seikos. A year later I had a load of watches, some that had already fallen to bits (from Mr Patel, before I knew better) and some nicer examples. Five years on I'm a bit more discerning and have (almost) everything I want. One more and then I'm going to stop. Honest !

It's interesting that an inherited watch has triggered the interest and collection.

You've done exceptionally well to have collected so many Seiko models, never mind the others you have, in just five years. Whatever Mr Patel was guilty of doing your watches all look in fantastic condition.

With regards to the "one more and then I'm going to stop" well, time will tell. A good intention that is very hard to put into practice.

I would just like to thank all members that have shared their Seiko's I have had great pleasure drooling over some of your collections and also making a mental note of future watches I would like to possibly buy ,, keep them coming

i am hopping Mr Levity hasn't finished yet and we will continue to at least part 10

Some very nice pictures

My favourite is the modded Seiko 007, what a fantastic picture which really shows the watch at its best. If I saw that image in a magazine it would definitely stand out and draw me in to reading about the watch.
