    i am wearing my gym watch today as I have just been for an hours workout and yes this is a photo taken from last week if I had the energy to lift my arms today to take a fresh photo I would Sad

    The 3-6-9 markers are more than just markers they are built to represent the relevent number as you can see by this rather dodgey photo I took.
