    Running within six seconds a year is amazing. Beyond good maintenance I imagine very fine tuning for regulation would be needed to achieve that degree of accuracy.

    i regulated it after i got it but never imagined it woukld run that good although my other one is very close to it, there is a trimmer on the circuit so its quite easy
