Don't you just hate it when

Dont you just hate it when you buy a new tool and when it arrives it's faulty !!

I bought a new pin remover tool for watch straps which arrived today and as you can see by the photo the pin is bent and can not be straightened also the advert stated 3 extra pins would come with the tool but mine just came with the one faulty one.

Email sent off to seller lets see what their reply is

i hope you sent them a pic as well, if they are chinese sellers they will send you another, i find them mostly very easy to deal with, but push come to shove just claim the cost back through paypal/ebay
disappointing when faulty goods turn up though

Made abroad but seller is crom UK will let you all know what happens when they reply to my email oh and yes I included a photo

Awoke to an email fromthe seller offering me a full refund and told to keep the damaged tool. Time to go shopping for another one .

chinese seller, 99% of these tool sellers are, stock is held in the uk or europe and sometimes china......try the seller "redrooster" they are pretty good IMO

Found one slightly more than the first but it is sold by redrooster and I have used the before I bought a set of screwdrivers from them . what I like about this tool is the pins are longer so will go right through the Bracelet if needed

This has happened a few times to me- buy something, it doesn't work, get sent a new one or a refund without even asking. Even happened with Music Magpie- we bought a DVD set of Blue Planet- it arrived with 2 x disc 4, but no disc 3. Refund straight away, don't bother sending it back. Bought a replacement. Seems a waste, as all we needed was disc 3!!

i bought twist grips for my daughters mountain bike a few years ago off ebay, they turned up but one of the small clamps that hold it to the handle bars was missing, i sent them a message and a couple of days later a whole new set turned up.......great a couple of days later another set turned up, then another then another.............6 extra sets turned up before they seemed to read my message to stop

i have used them loads of times and perfect if a bit slow service and forget the tracking........its just weird, i will use them again

I have seen one if two digital / sports watches I think are ok I might have a better look tonight at their website

i forgot i bough this smart watch off them, it was only about £14 i think and took about 9 days

just had an ebay search and I can get the pins from the uk , slightly more expensive 70 something pence more but ya get 15 instead of ten . so I ordered them
