A trio of skx007

I have been a fan of the Seiko 007 since I first bought one funnily enough though they never stop as a standard 007 they always seem to get modded . Here is my trio of 007's




Firstly we have what I call my "classy" 007 as it has a touch of gold on the bezel insert and the hands



Next is a Sumo tribute I bought the dial from Yobokies and a couple of the chrome dial markers fell off in transit so I simply removed them all I used hands from Cousins which are the Urchin style



Lastly is the tribute to the Marne Master this one comes with a Yobokies dial and also handset . This one had been laid in my collection for some time unworn until the other day when I replaced the mesh bracelet for a leather one which IMO suits the style of watch much better .



So there we have my little trio of SKX007's . Thanks for looking

Nice selection of 007s. I'm yet to buy one though it's on the agenda this year. Do you have a favourite? Whilst I like all of yours, the Marine Master just pips the classy one in my opinion, but only because in my fussiness, the dial lume on the MM is the best match with the hands.

Now the MM is on a leather bracelet it has become the favourite of all three.
I may change the appearance of the yellow one sometime this year although I do like it I am just not sure about it.

If you were going to change the sumo the red “squiggly” sweep second hand you have might work.

I may go back to the Squiggle design as I do miss that mod but the squiggle second hand would not look right with the yellow dial as it is orange and not red.

Very nice my 007 was my first new purchase when I bought it and as such I am loath to modify it, love all of yours just the right amount of gold on the first,the second I would have liked it to be just a bit more of a creamy yellow to match the hands a bit more and the last really suits on leather
