THE SEIKO INFLUENCE IS STRONG IMO AND THE LUME IS UP THERE WITH SEIKO AS WELL

I TRIED TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE MAKER AND IT WAS LIKE FOLLOWING A RABBIT DOWN A RABBIT HOLE, FIRSTLY THE PAYPAL PAYMENT WENT TO AN ONLINE CASINO GROUP BASED IN GERMANY ALTHOUGH THE SELLER/AGENT WAS BASED IN JERSEY, BUT THE BRAND IS REGISTERED IN CANADA FOR A WATCH THAT IS CLEARLY CHINESE MADE

Wow I've been looking at the hamtun goust an I'm going to be selling a couple to get one it would be very very interesting to know your thought compared to the others

its a very nice well made watch Andy, not big and in your face like others i have, quite subtle for a diver plus the Titanium case and bracelet help in the regard.
i am on the fence with Ti, its got a greater tensile strength than steel but is as light as plastic, its also a very hard metal to work as in cutting, machining, brushing or polishing............but...it marks as easy as Aluminium which is a pain if you have OCD like me.......there is a popular rumour about Ti that it "self heals" this is just not true! if you scratch Ti it will leave a very shiny mark and over time [ a long time ] the Ti will oxidise within the scratch helping to dull it down but it will alway be there even after 100 years so no self healing
its a very light watch and easy to forget your wearing it, but then i forget about my heaviest watch within 5 minutes so dont see it as an advantage although i am sure others will. the Ti also gives the watch an unusual colour.....a dull satin grey.
the one i have has a bracelet some think is a pain to size because of the screwed links, it doesnt bother me but the next model the H2 ?? has a split pin bracelet which is a step back IMO
i would say its a good buy as its not an expensive watch in the scheme of things and they seem to hold their value quite well which can only be good

Cheers Bruce as you say priced at a really good price in the market making it great value for money , Titanuim I don't mind it makes them very light on the wrist and I like that

Some very impressive watches in the collection I really like the Marathon I think it has something to do with the 24HR dial I have a real fancy for them at the moment.

This could be a great section for me seeing as though Divers or Diver style are mainly the only type of watches I buy . I shall post a few photos and descriptions this week .
