that would drive me to distraction, i have got rid of lovely watches for less
realistically without returning the watch the only way is to take the bezel off , remove the insert and refit the bezel then the insert....in that order, but you shouldnt have to............hopefully you bought from a UK seller and if so return it right away......if its from Creatonwatches then you have issues as you will have to pay recorded and insured postage...good luck and if you need help sorting it just ask

Okay thanks for that Bruce, if I know that in the future it can be fixed I would be happy to keep it at the price I paid, yes it was an UK seller, contacted them today and they would be happy to accept a return and issue a refund, now hears the crunch, the refund could take a while and stock is low and I can’t reorder at this price till it’s inspected and refunded
