poor dog.........its sort of not funny

a man bought a jeep or similar on hire purchase, went fishing with dynamite on a frozen lake, (car also on the lake). He had a retriever type dog which, when he threw the dynamite in the middle of the lake, fetched it, as per training.. The man and friends tried to scare it away, it hid under the car, was blown up and jeep sank.
