I discovered today that an unnamed business I have dealings with were experiencing staff retention problems so they started rewarding staff after 3 years of service with a watch to the value of £2.5k.

Firstly, after working for the same place for 17 years, I'm gutted we don't do that! But it did spark my imagination.

What watch would you get in that ball park figure. Getting the cash instead isn't an option for tax reasons! I think I'd go for a Tudor BB but I ha ent sat down and properly thought about it yet. Its an awkward price in some ways as it plenty enough to get a really decent watch or two, but not enough to look at the more luxury brands. Maybe an Omega or a Longines would work. Which watch would you go for?

I would need to give it some thought on specific brand and model but I would want something that I could sell easily , something that there was a demand for . Reason behind my thinking is because I would not be happy wearing a £2500 watch and would prefer the money Very Happy
