So after reading a few articles on Seiko mods I fancied something alittle different and remembered John,s mod he done on a invicta sub ,so the watch is a box standard sub

After abit of browsing on the net I decided I was going to go with a Tudor black bay homage mod , also with help from fellow members this is the result following a delivery from dagaz ,

Black and rose gold Tudor homage dial , rose gold snow flake hands , brown worn leather strap

I still haven't decided on the bezel insert plus I still need to polish up the case to get rid off the invicta logo , and a quick crown mod so to be fair it's still working progress

Well done Andy I like the look of that , not sure myself if a red bezel insert will make it look any better I like black one that is on now .

looks really good, but i would be tempted to leave the logo on the side of the case, its not easy to remove and if you lose the case shape its gone forever, too risky IMO
i would however look into getting the logo filled with a tig welder, that way you keep the case shape, it can be done but needs a complete strip down [ obviously Rolling Eyes ]

the trouble is, the case will always be out of balance as the logo is so deep, you will have a bigger bezel overhang on the logo side than you will on the other, there is no way of avoiding it Crying or Very sad

you must know someone with a tig welder in the trade, you just need to get it welded with stainless wire, then level it off and give it a polish
