Post by Robti Mon Jun 26 2017, 20:44

Hi all, so I ordered a cocktail time of the bay a week on Saturday past and the page states 3-5 day delivery by courier, get the confirmation email on Monday and think all is fine should get my watch Tuesday/Thursday then notice email says delivery Friday to Monday, email them and I am told they don't work the weekend and it takes around 3 days to process the order so the Friday/Monday is correct. So after waiting for a delivery i get an update today order dispatched so I give it till this afternoon and I call up the courier and according to them they only have the paperwork but not uplifted anything yet.
So email sent off cancelling the order and tellling them to check their feedback for my comments.
So rant over what would you have done as I am sure I will get a reply in the morning?

    Thanks

I think you did the right thing I sold a few items a few weeks ago and got them in the post the following day . If their ebay page states 3-5 days delivery then they should stick by what they say .

agreed, no excuse for sloppy customer service, it puts you one edge and spoils what should be a good experience, if the watch has been uplifted you may still receive it and you will have a bargaining chip as to whether you keep it or not....the Chinese like to negotiate Wink
