As most know I really like my Seiko watches and have decided that my collection is going to be orientated around them .. not Just Seiko watches but watches that are associated with Seiko like Pulsar , Lorus , Invicta etc

Here is my current little collection my question is in your opinion what would you add if the collection was yours

    Very Nice ....But ....

Little change to my original question .. instead of " in your opinion what would you add if the collection was yours" how about I change it to this " in your opinion what would you add if the collection was yours and you had limited budget of say £150" so thats the Marine master out and also the Grand Seiko unfortunately

I would say it is very difficult to decide between the MM and Subo which is best .. Is Yobokies still making those dials ?

he was supposed to be getting more in, you have no chance with the sumo dials as Seiko wont release them anymore Sad

I could be tempted to sacrifice my Seiko Squiggle as a donor to have it changed to the MM , a far better looking watch IMO especially if he gets the blue/green dial .

i think the green one without seeing it first would be a risk, but the black is stunning IMO

like yourself I like because it is different. It's certainly miles away design wise from the diver style I normally associate with Seiko. Very Happy

That's one of the reasons Bruce, it was the most expensive new watch I'd bought, my other watches are normally lived in, and I was too scared to wear it and possibly reducing the value with a knock!
I found it too top heavy, even though I'm a chunkster, with the little wrist time it got, I just couldn't get used to the weight.
I hated the bracelet, the ratchet clasp, really did my head in.
Given the choice I'd rather have 3 Steinharts or 2 Seiko 6105's.

thats interesting to hear something negative about the watch as it tends to be all positive and very good points you make too.....something to think about, but i guess its worth remembering that first and foremost its a watch with a specific purpose and probably doesn't include us strange watch fans Very Happy
