Citizen Hyper Aqualand MA904052E, 46mm wide and 14mm deep, does the usual dive things like depth, water temp and air temp, alarm etc and can also connect to a pc to down load log data via the supplied watch cradle, it also has a red led that flashes for 5 seconds..........still trying to work out why Rolling Eyes
its a nice big chunky watch and surprising comfortable too and the bracelet has a dicers extension also

Very nice

I looked up the manual and found the LED can flash for three seconds on the hour, it can also flash when in dive mode. You may already have the manual but if not here is a link.

https://www.manualslib.com/manual/28172/Citizen-Hyper-Aqualand-Ma9xxx.html?page=5#manual

I don't know how "standard" this technology is nowadays but it's functionality is certainly impressive. Very Happy

Had a look at the straps on eBay (hadn't realised just how many variations there are) and found using the term "rustic" came up with some possibilities like these ones.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252670281842?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&var=551602244797&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Not the same but just an idea if you are having a general look. Very Happy

New in next week a tissot sea star 660 , missing a crown and stem but once it arrives I can get the movement details and then start searching for the parts , I am guessing cousins are the best bet

cousins for the stem, its a g10 you are looking for, but you may struggle to get a crown a generic may have to do.
if its got any of the stem left in the movement good luck getting it out, to help it easier to remove the metal anti-magnetic plate off the back of the movement. [ they call it anti magnetic for some reason even though magnetism doesn't affect the movement scratch ] as this gets you better access to the release

It's a sticky thread I'd top of the section and stays their

I think John had the idea of carrying on this thread and just keep it going as we already have wuw daily , for me it makes sense just keeping it going

I agree with Andy as we already have the WUW daily I think it could be good if left as a continuous thread as we already have a what are you wearing this month thread.

That would make sense with the only alternative being just having a "new arrival" thread without any reference to the month. If we are doing that we just need to remove the "April" in the title to avoid confusion. Very Happy

1 0f 4 incoming this week [ i know Embarassed ]

Seiko Prospex Tuna SRP637, 46mm wide 9 to 3, 4R36 hacking and hand wind auto movement, divers extension.
i had forgotten just how good some Seiko's actually are and this one is no exception, the fit and finish is as good as a Sumo or above, the bezel action is buttery smooth as is the crown, the bracelet is as good as they get although annoyingly difficult to resize due to the pins and tiny collars, but worth the trouble Wink and as expected...stunning lume
this will be getting a lot of use Very Happy

Yea that does look good and I can see why you bought it , it reminds me very much of a monster I think it is the shroud and bezel.

Is it heavy ? it looks heavy

Another great looking watch Domecurb

I like that the bezel doesn't dominate the watch as some Seikos seem to have quite a small dial albeit a substantial case. With another three on the way there's going to be a lot of competition for your wrist time. Very Happy

CERTINA DS PODIUM 41MM C034.417.11.057.00 with precidrive movement
Precidrive™️ is the name of an innovative technology that makes Certina watches extremely accurate. Watches with Precidrive™️ quartz calibres achieve true chronometer precision. With a variation in timekeeping of just +/-10 seconds per year, a Precidrive™️ watch is 8 to 10 times more accurate than a conventional quartz watch

first box Wink

cardboard sleeve

another box Shocked

and inside that...there is another box Laughing

and under that box is the papers etc

but in the last box Rolling Eyes

and one of the best case backs i have seen

obligatory wrist shot

this is a beautifully made watch, the workmanship is first class and IMO the balance of the design makes it a pleasure to look at.
got a night out on Friday...guess what i am wearing ? Very Happy

Pulsar 7S26-X004 Divers, 45mm including the crown guards, screw down crown, 200M WR, drilled lugs, 22mm lug width.
this is every bit as good as the Seiko SKX007 and maybe even a little better if only for the more interesting case design....to be honest i prefer it Neutral
the X004 is quite a rare watch and don't come up for sale very often so i am chuffed as i have been looking and missing out on some for a while now.
there is also the plus that it can me modded, all Seiko parts gen or after market fit

Lorus VX42-X110 arrive from Domecurb but the bracelet was just that little bit too tight . Suggested I got a bracelet extension (something I had not heard of) the extension fitted and now I can wear the watch .
