Nice Surprise from Elwood

on Fri Feb 17 2017, 16:05
Knock at the door earlier and Mr delivery man handed me a large box upon opening it I was surprised with an Ultra Sonic cleaner courtesy of Elwood Very Happy

What a really nice gift from you Elwood many many thanks matey . So as you do I opened it straight away and cleaned my wife's Jewelry first

I was amazed by how clean they came out so next in went the Citizen I bought and cleaned a few weeks ago .. now I thought I had done a good job cleaning this Citizen but was amazed just how dirty the water was when it had finished cleaning

It is that god at cleaning it cleaned off the WR100 sticker Shocked  not to worry I can simply glue it back in

I see a weekend of me looking around the house for things to clean Very Happy  wow I love this new Gadget many thanks again Mr Elwood

No problems John, looks a bit bigger than I imagined. I like your tactics, do the wife's jewellery first. 2 minutes spent on her should excuse a weekend of messing around with watches. Thanks too for the lovely sekonda I won, I'll post some snaps when I have a bit more time.

After we cleaned the rings my wife wears she went upstairs and returned with her "spares" ok not really spares but the special ones she rarely wears and asked me to clean them also ... I will confess my bum twitched a bit but they came out beautiful.

A weekend spent on ebay me thinks now looking for older less loved watches in need of a clean I may find a cheap enough seiko sq or similar .

definitely worth it Andy and dont bother with the specialist cleaning fluid unless you are doing movement parts,, a little washing up liquid and a cap full of bleach will clean any case or bracelet..including jewellery

I've used mine normally on brackets or jewellery and have only used soap in mine, everything's come a treat. My wife got it me as a Christmas present in 2015 from Aldi or Lidl do can't imagine it cost loans though it works well. I'd recommend one to anyone who tinkers a bit.
