What do a Klick, Services, Kenneth Cole, Lorus and 1 Timex Digital watch have in common?  Nothing other than I've got them all in my collection.  Really just bunch of oddities I thought I'd share from my collection. I haven't seen these mentioned elsewhere on the forum so though I'd do a post.

The Klik is radio controlled so incredibly accurate and has a full screen backlight.  It's a really good watch, amazingly so considering it only cost me about a tenner when new on eBay.
The Services is a pinpallet windup watch. I chose the strap and the watch looks great, works like pants. Spent more time being repaired than worn.
Kenneth Cole, this is one of their early models (I think) which I bought from new in 2002. I wore it as my daylight beater for years and it always scrubs up well. I don't know who made the Quartz movement though it's always kept accurate time.

Lorus - Clearly nothing special though this is a great watch to have if you want to play around with the kids and doing things like going swimming. It's proved really durable and accurate. The battery life had been impressive too, not had to change it on over five years now.
The Timex digital, I saw this on eBay and just had to have it. What's not to like. It only shows the time when you press the button, has the original box and the original flexi band in perfect condition.

Is the Times one of those watches where the time is in Red oh you have to share a photo with us showing the time

I have an old Adidas I wear when I go to the gym (as seen on here ) not a great lover of the watch but serves its purpose and I do not mind it getting covered in sweat or getting banged on the heavy heavy weights I lift lol! lol!

A nice mixture of watches there. Klick, Services, Kenneth Cole, Lorus and 1 Timex Digital 3377044411

I like the Klik watch and have thought about radio controlled watches in the past. It would be nice to have one watch / clock in the house that had 100% accurate time. lol!

My favourite is the Timex and its fantastic you have the original box. I love the LED display on these watches and can never tire of checking the time. Very Happy

I bought the Klik to see how good radio controlled watches are and it didn't disappoint. It was an absolute steal for the price, really well constructed. I bought an Acctim radio controlled kitchen clock for the house, great for accuracy and was only about £15-£20. The timex is a watch I'd been after for sometime. I got it from a US eBay seller for a reasonable price, there's an identical one if not in even better condition on eBay at the moment however, I think it's priced at the top end of what they can expect to get. It comes out on special occasions - goes well with a dress shirt.

That's a great endorsement for the Klik watch, well worth thinking about. Very Happy Your Timex is special, you chose well and were wise to be patient for that particular watch. I will have a look at eBay though usually stick to uk listings only. I might though have a look though at vintage LEDs in general for ideas. Idea Very Happy
