I wasn't sure how old it is. Having checked the codes it could have been made in April 1976, 86, 96 etc etc. The 7019 movement started production in 1969 apparently. I suppose it's therefore likely to be either 1976 or 1986.
Either way quite a chunky watch compared to my usual smaller older vintage ones.
