So after reading about the gamble that Bruce had in a recent purchase , I decided to take a gamble on a watch I was following, and the reason being it was different and listed as needing a battery what could possibly go wrong lol

Citizen  worldtimer chronograph approx 1980s and has a unique shutter movement or feature ? . it’s scratchy finish needs a polish and just ordered a battery it will be interesting to see how’s it works if it works

good luck i hope it works for you, i must admit though the old "needs a battery" confuses me scratch i dont get why the sellers dont just get one and try it ........weird:roll:

And the brucey gamble paid off a new battery and the shutter Chrono functions work , its basically like a camera shutter effect when you press the button the Chrono functions appear

Hopefully with some elbow grease etc it may come up nice ,unusual and not much info on the net eitherv

That one looks similar but the case is different ie strap lugs I think
